The overall aim of WP1 is to ensure efficient and transparent management and project coordination according to the EASI-STRESS project plan and European Commission guidelines and regulations. WP1 will also conduct extensive exploitation activities to maximise impacts and ensure optimal use of project results, including the development of an exploitation plan and a business plan.
• Ensure appropriate overall management and high-level co-ordination of the project.
• Monitor and encourage partner interaction and collaboration.
• Engage with industry end users within the project.
